HWOS Writes: A panel on real-world writing in the Health Professions

Join us as faculty and alumni of the Health, Wellness, and Occupational Studies program discuss their recent writing work beyond the classroom. What kinds of writing are part of the job in the health professions? What is “good writing” in this field and context, and how do HWOS professionals go about their writing process? What insights and tips do they have for student writers?

Featuring HWOS faculty member Collyn Baeder and HWOS alumni Anthony Frangione, Meghan McNierny, and Janica Barrows, “HWOS Writes” will celebrate the department’s writing achievements, discuss good writing’s importance in the health professions, and share practical advice for future health professionals about how to make good writing happen.
